The Gym is located about 200 yards up Cold Springs Road from Howell Mountain Road.
To get here from St Helena, take Deer Park Rd. (which becomes Howell Mt. Rd.) towards Angwin. After you go over Caiocca Pass, turn Right on Cold Springs Road. (which will be immediately after the "Angwin" sign.) Then drive East on Cold Springs Road and turn Left at the second oppurtunity. (just past the School, by the playground)
To get here from Pope Valley, take Howell Mt. Rd. towards Angwin, past the Gas Station and Market, and then take the first Left after the Tennis Courts, which should be Cold Springs Road. (We hope...) Drive 200 yards past the School, and take the left by the playground.
